The rest of your contact information is kept on our secure server and can only be accessed by our employees for the purpose of processing, manufacturing, and shipping your order.
We do not share, sell, or trade any of your personal information. We also do not share any credit card or financial data with any other company. Your name, address, and delivery phone number will be on the shipping label for delivery purposes.
We may share you email address with a third party for the sole purpose of a customer satisfaction survey. Other than that we will only contact you by email with any questions about your order, production updates, and ship notification.

Since we don't require you to register or login on our site there is no way for you to view or change any of your information. If you have any questions about any of your personal information we have on file please contact customer service.
Returns/Refund Policy
Table pads are custom made to the sizes and shape that you provide us and as such can not be returned or exchanged. We are also not able to alter finished pads in any way including color changes or size adjustments.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground Home Delivery. Shipping times range from one to four business days. FedEx home delivery business days are Tuesday thru Saturday.

By clicking Submit on our order page you consent to receiving SMS messages. Messages and Data rates may apply. We will not initiate any texts first.
